Notice of Annual General Meeting

If you are a financial member of Mainly Acoustic Music Club, you are entitled to have your say and vote. Fifteen financial members are required for a quorum.

You are invited to stand for the following Club Offices:

• President
• Vice President
• Administrator
• Treasurer
• Committee Members [6]

You can do this in two ways - via the nomination form (you must be nominated by two current financial members) or nominations can be made from the floor at the AGM.

We would love to have your help running the Club.

Nomination forms can be:

- mailed to Villa 298, 20 Racecourse Road, Trentham;
- emailed to sheryl.lloyd.homer@gmail.com; or
- handed to the Administrator at the AGM
